Senior Producer / Director

• Developed program ideas and planned productions, closely collaborating with department manager to determine which productions and events to cover, and producing treatments and production plans for telecasts. Managed all aspects of live and live-to-tape sports and special events programming, and oversaw 3 daily employees, as well as crews of up to 25 production professionals.
•        Produced and directed telecasts of numerous major athletic competitions, as well as magazine-style coaches’ shows for Men’s Basketball and Football.
• Produced and directed magazine style coaches’ show for Fresno Grizzlies, AAA Baseball farm team of San Francisco Giants.
• Produced and directed magazine style show on sports in the Central Valley of California.
• Produced multiple highly successful Miss California telecasts for statewide distribution.
• Developed numerous programming ideas and content, spearheading all aspects of production from conceptualization to distribution.
